The Allstate Foundation Parents Are the Key Contest Donation

CAMPAIGN DONATION RULES

What: The Allstate Foundation (the “Sponsor”) will donate: a $10,000 grant to the organization participating in this campaign (the “candidate”) receiving the most votes by January 1, 2010. The “candidate” organizations will be selected by the Sponsor. The winning organization will be determined by online voting open to the public pursuant to contest rules established by the Sponsor. Balloting will be open across the country starting at 8 a.m. Central Time (CT) December 2, 2009 and ending 11:59 p.m. CT January 1, 2010. Voting: One vote per email address, per day. No purchase is necessary to vote.

Voting is available only online at www.parentsarethekeycontest.com.

Determining the Winning Charity: The winning organization (recipient of a $10,000 grant) will be the organization receiving the most number of votes through www.parentsarethekeycontest.com.

The winning organizations will be posted on www.parentsarethekeycontest.com within thirty (30) days after the voting period closes.

General Terms and Conditions:

The Allstate Foundation will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion, including, but not limited to the www.parentsarethekeycontest.com Web site, or by any human error.

The Allstate Foundation may, in its sole discretion, void any votes for any organization due to suspected acts of voting fraud or irregularities. The Allstate Foundation also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Parents Are the Key Contest should causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or legitimate voting with respect to this campaign. Decisions of The Allstate Foundation are final and binding in all matters. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
